Below you will find information regarding the terms of service for my designs and artwork. Please carefully read before working with me.
Design T.O.S
-DO NOT alter my designs.-DO NOT make different versions of my designs. This includes redesigns or siblings designs. If I find out a new redesign or sibling character is made, you will be blacklisted.-DO NOT sell the design for more than it’s worth. If it has added art, it’s up for you to decide, but without art, the amount I set it is the amount it’s originally worth.-DO NOT private my designs directly after obtaining them.. I like to keep track of my designs and who they go to, and to make sure they aren’t going to someone on my blacklist. (However, if you DM me on your reason for privatizing the character, that is fine)..-DO NOT give my designs to those blacklisted. THIS INCLUDES GIFTING WITHOUT SELLING OR TRADING!!!!-DO NOT reference my designs, they mean a lot to me.. Color palette usage is fine as long as you ask! Most of my palettes are from Google so I don’t mind sharing palettes!-DO NOT make adopts inspired by or “offspring” adopts of my designs.-DO NOT use my designs for nasty artworks such as political, racist, homophobic, or sexist art.-IF YOU HAVE ME BLOCKED, ARE BLOCKED, OR ASSOCIATED WITH EITHER OF THOSE, DO NOT OBTAIN MY DESIGNS.
Artwork T.O.S
-DO NOT remove my watermark from any commissioned piece, or any piece for that matter.-DO NOT edit my artwork unless you are removing a backdrop or adding a filter on it or something. If I made a mistake let me know and I can correct it for you.-DO NOT price my work at more than the price I set/you paid for.-DO NOT get artwork from me for someone on my private blacklist, I will NOT draw for them, even if you want their character in the picture with yours.-I am able to use your commission/artwork that you’ve gotten from me on my website/in my portfolio.-ONCE SKETCHED NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.-My turnaround time varies around my work schedule, do not rush me. Usually it is anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks.-I DO NOT WORK WITH MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 15. (If you are, please have a parent/guardian contact me for your commission).-I REFUSE THE RIGHT TO WORK WITH ANYONE IF I CHOOSE.
Trading/Sales T.O.S
-When I put a character UFS, even if it isn’t my design, please do not buy it for someone on my blacklist. I’ve had this happen many times. Whether it be a mutual buying or the blacklisted user on an alt. If you trade it away after to another user and eventually a blacklisted user gets it, I can’t do much about that, but please DO NOT buy directly from me for them.-I HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY. IF WE DO A PAYMENT PLAN AND YOU GHOST/FAIL TO COMPLETE HALFWAY THROUGH I WILL NOT RETURN THE FUNDS UNLESS PAYMENT IS COMPLETE.-Please understand I will try to respond to offers, however please do not ping me multiple times if I haven’t responded to your offer.-I will ONLY accept USD, Art, OCs, and Physical Items such as Plushies/Badges in exchange for characters and art I put UFS/Trade here.-Regarding sales, I only accept PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle & Gift-Card/Voucher for payments.
General T.O.S & Blacklist Information
-I do not share my blacklisted users, because if YOU are blocked, YOU are blacklisted! I will share if asked by those purchasing or trading with me, but do not obtain my designs if you are blocked or have me blocked, please.-If you are here to spy, have fun, I literally don’t get the point anymore. Take a moment to realize that if you have issues with me/dislike me, and are reading this/actively keeping up with my page, that you are the problem.-If you TAKE BACK designs, or if you REVOKE characters do not interact with me. I spend my own time with artwork and money on characters and that is blatant theft. Unless your company has a LEGALLY-binding statement, and I sign some sort of contract, you will not revoke my characters, ever.-Please do not copy my coding. If you use the same code that’s totally fine, but I do take a lot of time to customize and add my own fonts/gifs into my coding to make it more unique. And I combine several different codes throughout my page.-PLEASE LEAVE if you are trying to obtain something for someone who dislikes me.. If you are mutuals/friends with blacklisted users, please unfollow me and do not interact with me.-If you need my private blacklist please contact me. I WILL ONLY give it out if you are commissioning/trading with me. I do not keep a public blacklist.-On a final note, I will not involve myself in any drama, whether we are friends or not, if you DM me and ask about something of the sort, expect your DM to be ignored. I do not have the time or energy to argue with others or add fuel to the fire. If you have a problem, unfollow me, or remove me from your subscriber list. I have terrible anxiety and cannot afford to involve myself anymore, in other words, don’t expect me to be “up to something” because I’m not. I am just here to have fun. I’ve moved on and am in a great place in my life, and am very happy. Thank you for understanding.-Violet :))
